Ruairí Óg CLG are delighted to have Patricia Harte from Action Mental Health to agree to visit the club on Wednesday 2nd November at 7.30pm. The purpose of the visit is to help plan, deliver and action our ambitious healthy club health & wellbeing programme.
Marie Hayden has volunteered to be the Club Health and Wellbeing Officer supported by Claire Burke, refreshments will be provided.
Patricia will facilitate the Mental Health training programme to support a healthy, resilient community. This is for age 18+ and spaces are limited for this first event. Please give your name to Marie Hayden, Claire Burke or Martin Magee.
This will be the first event in our new Ruairí Óg Healthy Club Wellbeing Programme, this will run throughout the next 12 months.
As a club we are committed to the Health & Wellbeing of our community and extend the invite to all members past, present and the wider community to come along and take part in our project.
