News Update - Hurling Semi Final arrangements
The refix of the Ruairí Óg and Loughgiel game is Sunday 20th September at 1.00pm in Dunloy.
It will be free admission to the game but there will be the opportunity to make a voluntary donation at the match to the charity, Chest Heart & Stroke as both clubs had members who suffered heart attacks at the weekend - Hugh Mc Manus and Paddy Watson. Thankfully both men are recovering well after operations to inset stents. We wish them both a speedy recovery and hope to see them back at a GAA match soon.
This is a very worthy charity who do sterling work and deserve our support. All money raised will go to the charity. We would urge all patrons to make a donation.
Both Ruairí Óg & Loughgiel have been asked to provide 6 people each to help with the bucket collection. If you would like to help out please contact Chairman Brian Kearney.
Parking arrangements inside the ground will be restricted on Sunday. No cars will be admitted into the ground after 12.15pm without exception. Only team, officials and match officials plus Blue Badge holders will be admitted to the ground but they must all be there before 12.15pm.
No cars will be permitted to leave the ground until 20 minutes after the final whistle.
With an even bigger crowd expected for the refixed game please allow adequate time to get in to the game on time.
We would like to wish the Senior Management and their panel of players our best wishes for the refixed game.
