Ruairi Og Marquee Weekend

Ruairí Óg Marquee Weekend is almost upon us once again. Full details can be viewed in the front and back pages of the Flyers loaded on the website.

 

The Marquee weekend is one of the major fundaisers that we run during the year and like every club we need funds so as we can move forward. Recently we have erected Goalposts and catch nets on the Polo Grounds. We have also made a large donation to the Glens Youth Club to help with the renovation/repair work to the old St Aloysius Gym so as our members, young & old, can have an indoor facility to keep active, healthy and fit. The work should hopefully be completed in a few months so as it can be used this winter. Add in the day to day running costs, Player Insurance, Public Liability, Electicity, Hurls, Equipment, Maintaince etc etc and it soon adds up into a large sum of money. So please support the events during the Weekend.

 

We have tried to organise something for all ages, with new events and some of the favourite old ones included so please come out and support 'our/your' marquee weekend.
