Oran Mc Naughton, a member of our U-12 team also boxes for The Dockers Club in Belfast. Over the past three weeks Oran has boxed his way to both the Antrim and Ulster titles. Oran qualified for the national finals in Dublin last Saturday night. Oran put up a fantastic spirited performance but was just pipped for the title by the narrowest of margins, 12-11 by the Leinster champion. Ruairi Og would like to congratulate Oran on his fantastic achievement and wish him well in what looks like a bright future in the ring.
