Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions, we cannot hold a normal AGM this year. The GAA has made changes in its rules to allow for alternatives to an in-person AGM for 2020. Our AGM will be held this year by way of an 'AGM Day'.

Any Nominations or Proposals need to be with the Secretary 21 days before the meeting - i.e. by next Sunday, 17th Jan 2021. Both forms can be downloaded from the club's website at : ruairiog.com and then by clicking on the DOWNLOADS tab followed by Club Documents.
Its an AGM DAY, therefore only the executive will take part in the meeting (online) and conduct the essential business of an AGM.

1. Adopt the Standing Orders
2. Adopt the Minutes of 2019 AGM
3. Adopt the Secretary’s Report 2020
4. Adopt Treasurer's Report 2020
5. Adopt the Chairperson’s Address
6. Elections for new Executive for 2021
*If there is a vote needed for any position on the executive, this will be done by a postal vote.
*The members may attain a copy of the Secretary's Report, Treasurer's Report and Chairman's Address by email. However, they will need to send their email address to secretary.ruairiog.antrim@gaa.
*If members have a question(s) on any of the reports, then they need to email them to the secretary and they will be answered within one week of the AGM DAY.
