Coach The Coaches

On Sat 31st May, Ruairi Óg Juvenile Chairman, Niall Kearney, invited celebrated Tipperary coaches, Paudie Butler and Damien Young to come along to Cushendall and coach our own coaches on taking the different age groups at juvenile level and on making optimum use of the Ballwall.  All who attended found the sessions both interesting and stimulating, and left with lots of new ideas to use in their own training schedules.  Ruairi Og CLG would like to thank the two Tipperary men for making the long journey and for the quality of each and every session they took.  Coach education is essential to ensure our coaches develop their own coaching skills which in turn helps them to develop our players to a higher standard so in this regard we would also like to thank JC Niall Kearney for instigating and organising the whole event
