My son has asked if he can go to hurling training and I realise that registration took place a couple of weeks ago {He would be under 8s} and I wondered if he could still join at this late date?
The u8 managers and other players will be delighted to see your son come along and join in. Their training takes place on Wednesdays from 6-7pm.

Reading the previous comment about paying £10 per hurler for Juvenile Registration, I just can't understand this at all, I'd say we are as cheap as anyone in NA, Ballycastle is £25 and The Rossa is £60,
I send boys my son and Daughter to Golf which is £50 each plus Equipment, plus £2 for every competition, we pay the hurling Club £10 plus perhaps the £1 is they are hiring Dunloy. Then for Golf Lessons at least a £10 where as again the hurling club Coach(Volunteer) Coaches or organises and drives to matches for our kids for approx 3 hours a week for Free!! Soccer £5 per week. Don't get me wrong I have my frustrations with the GAA but for some it's the cheapest Baby sitting service in the country, In all seriousness it's great value, great for fitness Freindships, why does the golf club, Rugby or Soccer clubs not get the same grief??

Not sure if our coaches will appreciate being viewed as 'the cheapest Baby sitting service in the country'

Juvenile registration this weekend. Could club not consider discount for families with 2 or more children? Other clubs do this and it makes it a bit more affordable. It's expensive when you factor in the helmets, boots, hurls, GAA tops and all the gear they want

Will the club 200 be continuing as a full-time thing? I think it's a great way to generate a much needed added revenue to the club to pay for vital things.

Well done to our U14 A hurlers today, who qualified for the NA Airborne Final next weekend, a brilliant team effort of hard work and plenty of skill on show, the B team had some great matches also and were unlucky not to make the B Final.
Good luck next week in the final.
